My story
At 18 I left Colombia for Argentina to study international business. One degree became two, and a trilingual semester in Montreal opened a bigger world than I’d planned for. Then came the years that shaped how I think: Walmart, Accenture, EY, building teams, systems, forecasts and pipelines, the machinery that makes companies actually work.
But the real education was the moving. Change reshapes everything: the friends you keep, the food, the hours, the music, even what you want. It widens your world and teaches you to choose what to hold on to. Every step forward means leaving something behind. You change. The people who stay change too. And you learn to grow through it, with intention.
A question worth answering
Somewhere in there, I met a question worth answering: how do I lead others well, and how do I listen, observe and see the world in a way that lets me lead myself first?
That question led me to ontological coaching, a way of working with how we listen, how we observe and how we see. It gave me the tools to notice what I was carrying that I no longer wanted, and to choose what to keep building my future with. I trained as an ontological coach at Grow Consultora in Argentina.
Winning as a team
For ten years I raced in speed skating. What stayed with me wasn’t the medals. It was this: winning as a team is what I love most. When everyone gives their best for a shared goal, rivalry becomes unity, and the win is lived together.
What I bring
I bring enterprise project experience and ontological coaching together. As a coach, I walk beside people and teams as they grow. As a consultant, I build the plans, numbers and reporting a business needs. They are two separate services, and you choose what you need.

Questions about coaching and consulting
What is ontological coaching?
Ontological coaching works with the way you listen, observe and interpret the world: your language, emotions and body. When the way you see changes, the actions available to you change too. Read the complete guide.
What is coaching?
The International Coaching Federation describes coaching as a creative partnership that helps people reach their personal and professional potential.
Do you coach online?
Yes. All sessions are online by video call, in English or Spanish.
Is coaching the same as therapy?
No. Coaching looks forward: it helps you get clear, decide and act. If you need clinical mental health support, a psychologist or counsellor is the right fit.
What is the difference between coaching and consulting?
Coaching works with you: how you see, decide and lead. Consulting brings answers, systems and plans to your business, such as project management, KPIs and reporting. They are separate services.
What does consulting include?
Full PMO support and business analytics and reporting: project planning, budgets, KPIs, dashboards and status reporting. See consulting.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the service, the scope and the size of your business. We agree on it together after a free conversation.
How do we start?
With a free, no-commitment conversation, or with the free 3-minute Root Map.
Let’s start with a conversation.
