Fractional PMO & business analytics

See problems early. Keep everyone aligned.

Project management and analytics support for growing businesses, without a full-time hire. I set up the KPIs, dashboards and reporting rhythm that show leadership where things stand, and keep your teams working from the same picture.

Clear reporting, aligned teams, no surprises.

When a business grows, information spreads across teams, spreadsheets and inboxes. Leadership gets updates late, priorities drift, and budget or schedule problems show up after they have become expensive.

I work part-time alongside your team to fix that: clear reporting, aligned stakeholders and performance tracking that flags issues early. I bring more than seven years of project management at Walmart, Accenture and EY and a Master of Business Analytics, and I do this work today in the NDIS provider I co-run.

Fractional PMO questions

What is a fractional PMO?

A part-time project management office: someone who sets up and runs your reporting, coordination and performance tracking a few days a month, instead of a full-time hire.

When does a business need a fractional PMO?

Usually when projects and teams are growing faster than the reporting around them: updates arrive late, people work from different numbers, and budget or schedule problems surface too late.

Is a fractional PMO the same as a COO?

No. A COO runs the operation and owns decisions about people and strategy. I give leadership the reporting, alignment and early warnings they need to make those decisions well.

Do you work remotely?

Yes. I work remotely with small and medium businesses in Melbourne, across Australia and beyond.
