Support for the person who leads the business. We work on how you see, decide and lead, so your business can grow with you, not on top of you.
How is coaching different from consulting?
Consulting gives you answers, systems and plans. Coaching, as the International Coaching Federation describes it, is a partnership that helps you find your own answers. If your business also needs clear numbers or project management, that is a separate consulting service.
What do entrepreneurs usually work on?
Leading a growing team, making decisions under uncertainty, setting boundaries, delegating and keeping their energy. We choose the area that matters most to you now.
